UK Orders
For UK customers our minimum order is £30.00. Postage and packing is £20 up to 20kg plus £20 for each 20kg or part of thereafter. Prices subject to VAT.

Minimum order value £50 plus postage and packing cost. Postage and packing cost is calculated by weight and will be stated on your invoice. Prices subject to VAT unless an EC Sales Tax number can be supplied.
Shipping to US and Canada
Regretfully we are unable to despatch to the US or Canada at the present time due to the prohibitive cost of clearance and transport.
Shipping
Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order Mondays to Thursdays subject to satisfactory payment clearance. We endeavour to be consistent with pot sizes, however occasionally they may vary from stated. If an item is out of stock we will normally notify you by email within 24 hours and give you the option of accepting a substitute, waiting until the item arrives back in stock or cancelling your order. During busy periods please allow up to 28 days for delivery after the order has been received, or bearing in mind the seasonal nature of some of our plants within a period or on a date pre-arranged with you. We use a courier company to safely deliver our plants in the UK within 24 hours of despatch. For other countries, most orders will be sent by international courier in as short a time as possible.
Shipping exceptions
Delivery of orders that include plants exceeding 20 kg in weight and / or exceeding three metres in length will be by special arrangement and we will contact you by telephone or email to confirm.
Returns policy
We want our customers to be satisfied and pleased with their plants. If for any reason you decide to return them we will give you a full refund. However, they must be returned to us in the same condition you received them within 7 days of receiving them. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the plants unless we delivered the item to you in error or the plants are faulty. Any damaged plants must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving them.
