At the nursery...
We welcome visitors to the nursery at any time of year by appointment - please see our WHERE TO SEE OUR FERNS page for information. Our mail order service continues for your convenience throughout the year. We endeavour to bring you the best quality plants that have been priced according to rarity, age and size of plants.

We accept orders in these ways as well. We are on hand to talk you through your fern requirements.

Postage to the UK
There is no minimum order. Postage is as follows:
One Plant - £3
2-6 Plants - £5
7-14 Plants - £7
15-39 Plants - £10
40 Plus Plants - Free
Payment for postal customers
By cheque - please make cheques payable to Bowden Hostas.
Over the telephone - we can accept credit and debit card payments over the telephone.
Overseas orders
We do send ferns within the EC, but regretfully are unable to send to the US or Canada at the present time due to the high cost of clearance and transport. When we receive your order we will check availability and postage and packing cost and contact you to arrange payment. We will despatch the ferns on receipt of a Eurocheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card payment. Please do not send cash through the post. Approx postal charge for 10 plants would be £30.
